What's New!

BEGINNERS

We love teaching Beginners and are pleased to welcome newcomers into any of our appropriate classes, any time of the year.  We get a fantastic 'buzz', seeing new dancers emerging and enjoying dance and the fun it can bring.

We have found that the majority of people like to start "something new" in September (and again in January). So we shall start NEW BEGINNERS classes at those times.

There are three Tea Dances planned: January 29th, February 26th and March 25th.

December 1st is the date of our 2012 Winter Ball at Uckfield so please note in your diaries.

NEW DEVELOPMENTS

We are maintaining a 4 week cycle. Tuesday classes have moved to Mondays for 3 months so please check when your class starts. Please watch out for e-mails (and the web-site) with details of some venue changes which we cannot avoid in the coming months.

There are three Tea Dances planned: January 29th, February 26th and March 25th. These are on Sunday afternoons at High Hurstwood Village Hall and give everyone (from all our classes) the opportunity  for a relaxed "get together" and the chance to practice the figures and groups they have been learning. We also have our annual Winter Ball on 1st December at the Uckfield Civic Centre. This is our chance to show off our best outfits and best dance steps and has been a great success: an evening enjoyed by all in past years.
